Our approach to Leadership Development is targeted at key players and high potential managers predicted to be the leaders of the future.
We offer a dedicated programme delivering a fully integrated approach, not just a series of unconnected experiences.
As well as up to date theory, participants use a live project as the backbone to the programme so that the sponsoring organisation gains on at least two levels. Connecting theory to practice allows participants to customise their own leadership solution during the 6-month programme via a series of workshop modules, 1-1 coaching and personal analysis tools.
